Enpure sponsor Chartered Institution of Wastes Management Journal

As part of Enpure’s ongoing waste and energy sector strategy, Enpure is pleased to announce it will be sponsoring the March 2016 CIWM Journal special feature on food waste. The Journal will cover a wide variety of subjects including materials collection, the technologies behind energy from food waste, and the outlook for energy from food in 2016.

In the coverage Enpure comment on population growth and resource scarcity leading to international debate on climate change, waste prevention, energy security and the circular economy. Current regulatory and subsidies uncertainty in the UK is hindering further AD infrastructure development which could also heavily contribute to the recent Government climate change commitments in the Paris Agreement.

As an experienced Anaerobic Digestion EPC contractor Enpure have gathered expertise through the delivery of over fifty plants worldwide incorporating treatment of various feedstocks including food waste, farm by-products, and purpose grown crops. Enpure are able to offer their clients assistance throughout all development stages from initial consultancy support regarding feasibility, Planning Applications, etc, right through the construction and commissioning phases, to full start-up and ongoing operational support in the early years of operation.

To further enable their involvement and influence in this sector Enpure have also joined the UK’s foremost industry association to engage at multiple levels with stakeholders. From February 2016 Enpure have taken membership of the Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA) and are looking forward to engaging with fellow sector members through ADBA’s Working Groups, members meetings and other sector events throughout the year.
